Selected Works — Yevhen Hrebinka

Selected Works presents the major works of Hrebinka — poet, prose writer, and fabulist. His fables, inspired by Krylov but based on Ukrainian material, became classics.

Hrebinka authored the lyrics to "Dark Eyes," one of the world's most performed songs. But his literary legacy is much broader — he was an active participant in the Ukrainian cultural revival of the 19th century.
