Legal Support for the Community: Discussing Unauthorized Construction

A meeting with lawyers from the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) was held at the library. The topic of discussion was one of the most complex and relevant: “Unauthorized Construction: What to Do and How to Legalize It?” ⚖️

During the event, residents received comprehensive answers to the following questions:

• what is considered unauthorized construction under current legislation;
• how to go through the legalization procedure for buildings;
• which documents are required to register ownership rights;
• how to avoid fines and legal issues in the future.
