The Great Power of Small Actions

An information and awareness-raising event titled “The Great Power of Small Actions: Let’s Overcome Violence Together” was held as part of the nationwide campaign “16 Days Against Violence.”

The event aimed to:

• raise awareness about the spread of gender-based violence (GBV) in Ukraine and worldwide; 
• provide practical recommendations for situations involving GBV. 

Participants of the event included:

• the Community Police Officer of the Security and Prevention Group of the Beryslav District Police Department, Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson Region; 
• social work specialists on GBV issues from the NGO “Tenth of April”; 
• a lawyer and a psychologist from the NGO “Tenth of April”; 
• women of the Velykooleksandrivka community.
